Allied health fit-outs Perth
Allied health fit-outs, done right.
Every allied health professional needs something different from their workspace. Podiatry and physio require a hands-on treatment space, while psychology and speech pathology require something closer to an office-style consult room. Talk to us before you sign a lease, and we'll tell you what it takes to turn your site into a clinic that works for your discipline.

What’s involved in an allied health fit-out
What we plan before the build
- During the site assessment we check power supply, ceiling heights, drainage, parking and disability access.
- We work with your architect on room count and sizing for your discipline. That includes hands-on treatment rooms for podiatry and physio, office-style consult rooms for psychology and speech pathology, and a collection room for pathology, if needed.
- We build gym or exercise space into the room where the practice needs it.
- We flag privacy between consult rooms so sensitive conversations stay confidential.
- We advise on leaving space to grow, so adding a service or practitioner later doesn't mean starting from scratch down the line.
- Your architect runs the planning application and council approval, backed by our input on what the building can take.

Our process

We start with a site assessment.
We check all of the crucial details before you commit to a lease, since those are what decide whether your site will work the way you need it to for your staff and your clients.

We build to compliance specs.
Your architect sets the layout, and a building surveyor signs off on compliance. We align with both, and flag anything that won't work in practice before it's built.

We hand over a finished fit-out.
Once the build is complete, we walk you through the space and hand it over, ready for you to move in and set up.
Tell us what you’re planning. We’ll tell you what it takes.

Common questions about allied health fit-outs
What types of allied health practices do you fit out?
We fit out podiatry, physiotherapy, and psychology practices, as well as pathology collection rooms. Each discipline needs something different, from hands-on treatment rooms and gym space to quieter consult rooms, so the scope of each allied health fit-out is shaped around how you work.
What if my practice covers more than one discipline under one roof?
We plan each room in an allied health fit-out around the discipline that will use it, rather than repeating one layout across the practice. We've delivered physio clinic fit-outs within medical centres, so we know how to fit different room types and privacy needs into one practice, with room to add services as you grow.
Do you plan spaces for staff, or just the patient-facing rooms?
Both. Since Roger has run his own clinics, he understands what staff members need to work comfortably, day in, day out. Alongside patient-facing rooms, these more private spaces for individual work and breaks are factored into the layout from the start.
Do you only do fit-outs within an existing tenancy, or new builds too?
Ironpeak is happy to do either. In addition to existing site fit-outs, Roger has built an allied health facility from the ground up.
